When Whistler presented the 'Naval Review Set' to Queen Victoria in 1887; he included a list of etchings starting with 'Chelsea (Memorial)' (Little Chelsea (Memorial) [315]) and ending with 'Windsor (Memorial)'. The title 'Windsor (Memorial)' is preferred.
