STATE
Three states are known before cancellation.
State 1
![Etching: K2480z02](../../images/etch_t/K2480z02_001.jpg)
Signed with a butterfly at lower right.
The composition is complete. There is strong shading on the lower panes of the long window at the top; there are small light areas around the lamp, under the arcade.
State 2
![Etching: K2480102](../../images/etch_t/K2480102_001.jpg)
Fine shading is added above and to right of the lamp, filling in the light areas, and between the two pillars to right.
State 3
![Etching: K2480202](../../images/etch_t/K2480202_001.jpg)
Fine diagonal shading is added around the lamp, and extends the shadow below the lamp; the shading at the bottom of the tall window appears to have worn or been rubbed down.
State 3 (cancelled)
![Etching: PS_K248_01](../../images/etch_t/PS_K248_01_001.jpg)
