TECHNIQUE
The technique is difficult to assess, since no impression has been located. The artists appear to have etched the background lightly, and foreground details more heavily. The background trees were not completed.
PRINTING
Only one impression of this etching has been recorded, and it has not been located (). It could have been printed by Francis Seymour Haden, Sr (1818-1910), Whistler, or possibly Auguste Delātre (1822-1907).
