PRINTING
There was a small print-run of Flower Market, Brussels. The first proof, mostly in etching, was printed in black ink on ivory laid paper (
), as were subsequent impressions (
,
). They are all trimmed to the platemark and signed on a tab with Whistler's butterfly and 'imp.' to show that he printed them.
