H. Wunderlich & Co., New York print dealers, exhibited impressions in 1898 and twice in 1903. 7 The latter was probably the impression bought by Charles Lang Freer (1856-1919) in 1903 ().

H. Wunderlich & Co., New York, recorded the sale of an impression in 1900 for £6.6.0. 9 The only extant impression is recorded as having been bought from Wunderlich's by Charles Lang Freer (1856-1919) on 10 November 1903, and was bequeathed to the Freer Gallery of Art, Washington DC ().
