PRINTING
Only two impressions of Place Daumont, Tours have been located. One is printed in dark brown ink on cream 'antique' (pre-1800) laid paper with a very slight greenish tint () and the other in black ink on ivory laid paper (). Both are trimmed to the platemark and signed on the tab with a butterfly and 'imp.' to show that Whistler had printed them.
