![Impression: K3760104 Impression: K3760104](../../images/etch_t/K3760104_001.jpg)
Signed with a butterfly at lower left, to the left of the children.
The composition is basically complete.
State 2
![Impression: K3760103 Impression: K3760103](../../images/etch_t/K3760103_001.jpg)
The children's faces are slightly changed in drypoint: the girl's hairline is lower on her forehead and her eyes and jawline are redrawn; the boy's eyes are lightly shaded and there are two short, curved lines from his cheek bone to his left ear.
State 3
![Impression: K3760202 Impression: K3760202](../../images/etch_t/K3760202_001.jpg)
The children's faces are changed again in etching: their facial features are redrawn, and the girl's hair is changed; new shading is added to the girl's blouse and between the boy's legs; patches of vertical etched shading are added at upper left and right, on both sides of the ornate arch; considerable etched shading is added to the semi-circular frieze above the doors and to the triangular area above it.
