EXHIBITIONS
Charles Lang Freer (1856-1919) was generous in lending the one known impression (
), to an exhibition in Chicago in 1893, to the show organised by the Caxton Club in Chicago in 1900 and to the Grolier Club in New York in 1904. 5
However, it appears that another impression was shown at H. Wunderlich & Co. in New York in 1898: this has not been located. 6
In addition, an impression was shown at the Whistler Memorial exhibition in London in 1905. 7 Again, this has not been located.
