Print tone:fairly even but slightly more pronounced in certain areas, noticeably creating slight shadow behind figures  
Note on foul biting:pitting / granular tone used effectively on figures, most notably on figure of Whistler (modelled by Ernest Delannoy); slight foul biting around edges.  
Print note:Slight vertical streaks of white where the ink was not evenly taken up, particularly through the figures on the left; a mottled effect from wiping is evident in the upper right quadrant.
