Print tone:varied use of tone: light above the bridge, lighter still top right (house wall), darker in the water with light patches above shadows, very dark tone on the bridge providing strong contrast.  
Note on foul biting:fine scattered pitting across etched parts but not in sky; minor foul biting along plate edges.  
Print note:This Sparks impression is very crisply printed compared to the Whistler 3rd state impression illustrated by Kennedy; all fine lines print clearly, and there is lots of contrast; Whistler's impression is more 'atmospheric'.
