Print note: | This appears to be the earliest of the three impressions of Kennedy's fifth state at the FGA: the drypoint lines are strongest, and there is a left-right curving scratch by the reflections of the boats at right and a long right-left curving scratch above the butterfly signature; the scratch by the refletionsis not visible in FGA 1891.9 and 1905.173, while the scratch near the butterfly shows faintly on both. |
