Print note: | The impression is beautiful, with the lines showing some burr, and conveying langour and grace; her eyes are dreamy and thoughtful. It is in pure etching except for lines of skirt at left and, possibly, at right; or, are these etched lines with that were not completely wiped? note topographical style of etched view of Paris in distance at left--similar to coast survey work. |
