TECHNIQUE
This plate was executed in pure etching, with only a few diagonal drypoint lines added to the the shading on the window panes at right. The drypoint is virtually undetectable on the print but may be seen, under magnification, on the copper plate.
PRINTING
There is only one known impression (). It was printed in black ink on a sheet of ivory laid paper with a 'PRO PATRIA' watermark, taken from an old book that had ruled lines.
