STATE

Two states are known before cancellation.

State 1

Etching: K4160101
Signed with a butterfly upper left of centre, above the clouds.
The composition is complete, done in pure etching.

State 2

Etching: K4160204
The roof and arms are added in drypoint to the large windmill at left; numerous light drypoint lines are added on the clouds.
In later impressions the drypoint faded slightly.
The impression reproduced above has some paper irregularities and creases.

State 2 (cancelled)

Etching: PS_K416_01
Cancelled with one diagonal line.
