Dated '1861.' below and to left of the signature.
More fine vertical shading is added under the third arch from the right; long slightly curving lines are added to the clouds; drypoint lines are added to the wooden structure at extreme left; a vise has left a group of short parallel lines in the lower left corner; a few uneven horizontal lines are added on the hulls of the barges.
