Print tone:There is a medium print tone that is darkest at the upper right and wiped most cleanly through the archway; it is used selectively elsewhere to provide texture and shadow. There is a mottled quality to the inking and wiping throughout, adding to the picturesque quality of the building.  
Note on foul biting:There is foul biting at the left edge and minor pitting throughout.  
Print note:The paper is cockled within the platemark from the printing process. Fine granular tone is used selectively throughout but it is masked in places by heavy inking. It is cancelled with 5 diagonal lines, lower left to upper right, and four upper left to lower right diagonals.
