Provenance:Queen Victoria (Lugt 2535) [stated on label from Harlow, McDonald & Co., verso of frame; not verified from Royal Stamp on print, verso, since mounted down. In 1906 Edward VII sold Queen Victoria's collection (Mansfield 1909, liii) to Thos. Agnew & Sons (London), where it was bought by H. Wunderlich & Co. (NY), from whom it was probably aquired by Harlow, McDonald. Gift of John P. Howland (B.A. Wesleyan 1835), 1995
