Diagonal drypoint lines are added within the doorway, at upper left; the space between the woman's feet is shaded; short drypoint lines are added to the shading in the area where the two walls meet, just to the left of and beneath the base of the oriel window.

State 3

The woman's feet, the shading between them and the hem of her dress are partly removed; the drypoint lines among the shading where the two walls meet are worn.

State 4

The woman's feet, the shading between them and the hem of her dress are almost completely removed.
