Print note:There is a light spot at the top of the wall; rich burr on the darkest part of the framing door and some on the signature; the man's shadow and distant figure are dark grey, almost rubbed down; there is a broad, soft, uncleaned looking area on the floor, though it seems to have been polished clean right across the bottom 10 mm of the plate, giving a light foreground.
